What is Google AdSense?!
AdSense is Google’s advertising system, which allows you to display ads (either text or picture based) on your shop. Google tailors the ads that are displayed to make them directly related to the contents of the shop (see an example here).
Each time someone clicks on one of your shop’s ads, you get 60% of the revenues generated.
It’s a great way to make extra money with your ZlioShop.
I want to add Google AdSense on my shop!

Please note that we are, as things stand, unable to pass on your share of your referrals’ AdSense revenues. This is because Google does not supply us with enough information to identify each individual transaction. We are, however, actively looking for an alternative solution.
Why should I display Google AdSense on my shop?
To provide other options to your visitors
Your visitors won’t necessarily all find exactly what they want in your store. To stop them leaving immediately, you can use AdSense to suggest an alternative – the AdSense ads Google chooses are always so relevant to the contents of your store that they just become a source of alternative information which your users will find very useful rather than annoying.
To increase your revenues:
AdSense provide a valuable source of extra income for your store.

How do I display AdSense on my shop?
Do display AdSense :
- You must have a Google AdSense account (this is not the same as your Zlio account)
- You must “link” your Zlio account to your AdSense account.
Don’t have an AdSense account?
1. Create one by clicking here. Google will send you an email to confirm that you’ve registered.
Note : there’ll usually be a 48 hour delay while Google validates your account.
2. Select the AdSense zones you want to use.
Already have an AdSense account?
1. Log-in byclicking here.
2. Link your Zlio account to your AdSense account (this tutorial explains how).
3. Select the AdSense zones you want to use.

Hi there
Great! One small issue though. My shop is for the US market, however the G ads are displayed in French… I am sure there is a way to fix this
